Can I use AtomicInteger instead of int?
A:
I would definitely use AtomicInteger instead of int for most of the cases. It does everything an int can do and much more.
An int is not guaranteed to be atomic, is not thread safe, does not hold all the operations you would want (like the += operator).
So use AtomicInteger instead, you'll be more safe, and you will get much more benefits from it.
A:
You can also use AtomicInteger. It is as efficient as an int if the values you store are in the range of 0-256. It also has greater concurrency characteristics (at least with Java 1.5+).
If your values are out of range or concurrent threads are allowed, you should use the synchronized primitive version, AtomicInteger.
Find your friends and enemies in this mind-bending puzzle
The story of Galaga, the legendary alien shooter game, is very simple. The titular Galaxian lives in space and does his best to eat little green men. Most of the game is just you and a bunch of spaceships flying around the galaxy blasting Galaxian chunks of meat out of the sky with your ray gun. You’re not as powerful as the next guy, but you have infinite ammunition, and those hard-earned rewards will come in handy when you pick up your favorite weapon and annihilate the Galaxians.
What’s interesting about Galaga is that it introduced the concept of “leveling up” your ship and equipping it with weapons. While there’s nothing special or particularly challenging about the battles in Galaga, it does make it a fun game to play over and over again. That’s where the new Galaga 20th Anniversary Edition comes in.
Galaga 20th Anniversary Edition is a remake of the original arcade game, which was released in 1986. It brings several enhancements and additions to the original in terms of graphics, game mechanics and even the characters. It’s a bit of a nostalgia trip, but it’s a nostalgic trip that looks and plays beautifully.
Galaga 20th Anniversary Edition has two campaign modes: Arcade and Mission. Arcade is the original Galaga ac619d1d87
